When my order is ready to dispatch?

All orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday. We prepare these kilts after receiving orders from our valued customers so it takes us almost 3 – 4 working days to get it manufactured and inspected before dispatch. You’ll get this item in 10 – 12 Days. Please note sometimes we ship item from our Warehouse out of US.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally via DHL Express. Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the Country dropdown to select your country from the list.

What is our International Shipment Time Frame?

International shipping timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to domestic shipping), because of the many factors involved. Generally, DHL Express can take anywhere from five days to three weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after that. All in all, it’s usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!

We majorly work upon custom measurements so it is 100% recommended to add your accurate measurement details in order notes in order to get a perfectly fitted product at your doorstep.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Canceling your order isn’t a big deal you can email at [email protected] and let us know within 1 day of the order passing after that your order goes into production and we can’t help you out in that scenario.

Free Returns are offered on all product purchases within United States, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely Final Sale items or seconds). Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your product. Requests after this point will be denied.

Shipping for Exchanges or Returns is free of charge within the US for one return or exchange per order. If a second exchange or return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer.
